Kaika Labs（以下「当方」）は、当方が提供するアプリ「暖房代くらべ」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。
本アプリで利用者が入力する情報（登録した暖房器具の種類と1日あたりの使用時間・使用強度の設定、電気・ガス・灯油の単価、灯油タンクの容量、灯油の給油記録〈日付・給油量・金額〉など）は、利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。これらのデータが当方のサーバーに送信・収集されることはありません。当方はサーバーを運営しておらず、アカウント登録やログインもありません。また、当方独自の解析（アナリティクス）SDKも組み込んでいません。
Android の自動バックアップ：機種変更で記録が失われないよう、本アプリは Android 標準のバックアップ機能に対応しています。端末の設定でバックアップが有効になっている場合、上記のデータは Google の仕組みにより利用者自身の Google アカウントへ暗号化して保存され、新しい端末へ復元されることがあります。このバックアップは Google が提供する機能であり、当方がその内容を閲覧・取得することはありません。バックアップは端末の設定からいつでも無効にできます。
一方、本アプリは広告を表示するため、後述の広告配信事業者（Google AdMob）が、広告の配信・最適化の目的で、広告識別子（広告ID）、IPアドレス、端末情報、利用状況などの情報を取得することがあります。利用者が登録した暖房器具や単価、灯油タンクの容量、給油記録などの情報が広告配信事業者に渡されることはありません。
本アプリは、広告配信のために Google が提供する Google AdMob を利用しています。Google による情報の取得・利用については、以下をご確認ください。
欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスの利用者に対しては、Google の User Messaging Platform（UMP）を用いて、広告に関する同意を取得します。利用者は表示される同意フォームを通じて、データ利用への同意・拒否を選べます。また、本アプリの設定画面の「広告のプライバシー設定」から、いつでも同意を見直し・取り消すことができます（このメニューは、同意の取得が必要な地域の利用者にのみ表示されます）。
本アプリは、広告を非表示にする買い切り型のアプリ内購入（「広告を非表示にする」）を提供しています。定期購入（サブスクリプション）ではありません。決済は Google Play が処理し、当方がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得することはありません。購入状態は利用者の Google Play アカウントに紐づいて管理され、機種変更や再インストール後も復元できます。
本アプリは、位置情報、カメラ、連絡先などの情報へのアクセスを必要とせず、これらの情報を取得することはありません。
本アプリは通知を送信しません。
当方は、利用者が本アプリに入力したデータ（登録した暖房器具、単価、灯油タンクの容量、給油記録等）を収集・共有・販売することはありません。これらのデータは端末内に保存され、利用者の管理下にあります。広告に関する情報は、上記の Google が同社のポリシーに基づいて取り扱います。
本アプリで入力したデータは、利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。利用者は、いつでも次のいずれかの方法でこれらのデータを削除できます。
保持期間：上記のデータは、利用者が上記の方法で削除するまで端末内（およびバックアップが有効な場合は利用者の Google アカウント）に保持されます。自動的な保持期限はなく、当方のサーバーには保存されません。
広告に関する情報（広告ID等）は、Google が同社のポリシーに基づいて取り扱い・保持します。利用者は端末の設定から広告IDのリセットや削除を行うことができます。アプリ内購入の記録は Google Play アカウントに紐づいて管理されます。
データの削除に関するお問い合わせは、本ポリシー末尾の連絡先までご連絡ください。
本アプリは18歳以上の利用者を対象としており、13歳未満の児童を対象としていません。13歳未満の児童から意図的に個人情報を取得することはありません。
当方は、利用者の情報を適切に取り扱うよう努めます。ただし、データは主に利用者の端末内に保存されるため、端末自体の管理（画面ロックの設定等）は利用者ご自身でお願いいたします。
当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の内容は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

Kaika Labs ("we", "us", or "our") provides the application "Danbou-dai Kurabe" (暖房代くらべ, "Heating Cost Compare", the "App"), which helps users estimate and compare the running cost of their heating appliances. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with the App.
The information you enter in the App — such as your registered heating appliances and their daily usage hours/intensity settings, the unit prices you enter for electricity, gas, and kerosene, your kerosene tank size, and your kerosene refueling records (date, liters, and amount) — is stored only on your device. This data is not transmitted to or collected by our servers. We do not operate any servers, and the App has no account registration or sign-in. We also do not embed any analytics SDK of our own.
Android Auto Backup: so that your records are not lost when you change devices, the App supports Android's standard backup feature. If backup is enabled in your device settings, the data above may be encrypted and saved to your own Google Account by Google's backup service and restored to a new device. This backup is a feature provided by Google; we never view or receive its contents. You can turn off backup at any time in your device settings.
However, because the App displays advertisements, our advertising provider (Google AdMob) may collect information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, and usage data for the purpose of serving and optimizing ads. The heating appliances, unit prices, tank size, and refueling records you enter are never shared with the advertising provider.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we obtain consent regarding advertising using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Through the displayed consent form, users may grant or decline consent. You can also review or withdraw your consent at any time from "Ad privacy settings" (広告のプライバシー設定) in the App's settings screen (this menu is shown only to users in regions where consent is required).
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Remove Ads") that removes advertisements. It is not a subscription. Payments are processed by Google Play, and we never receive your payment details such as credit card numbers. Your purchase is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored after reinstalling or changing devices.
The App does not require, and does not collect, access to your location, camera, or contacts.
The App does not send notifications.
We do not collect, share, or sell the data you enter in the App (such as your registered heating appliances, unit prices, tank size, or refueling records). This data is stored on your device and remains under your control. Advertising-related information is handled by Google in accordance with its own policies.
Data you enter in the App is stored only on your device. You can delete this data at any time using any of the following methods:
Retention period: the data above is retained on your device (and, if backup is enabled, in your Google Account) until you delete it using the methods above. There is no automatic retention period, and it is not stored on our servers.
Advertising-related information (such as advertising identifiers) is handled and retained by Google in accordance with its own policies. You can reset or delete your advertising ID from your device settings. In-app purchase records are managed under your Google Play account.

The App is intended for users aged 18 and older and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We endeavor to handle your information appropriately. However, since data is primarily stored on your device, please manage your own device security (such as setting a screen lock).
We may update this Privacy Policy as necessary. Any changes take effect when posted on this page.
