Kaika Labs（以下「当方」）は、当方が提供するアプリ「試験日カウントダウン − あと何日ウィジェット」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。
本アプリで利用者が作成・入力する試験の情報（試験名、試験日、開始時刻、アイコンやカラーの設定、リマインドの設定など）は、原則として利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。これらのデータが当方のサーバーに送信・収集されることはありません。
一方、本アプリは広告を表示するため、後述の広告配信事業者（Google AdMob）が、広告の配信・最適化の目的で、広告識別子（広告ID）、IPアドレス、端末情報、利用状況などの情報を取得することがあります。
本アプリは、広告配信のために Google が提供する Google AdMob を利用しています。Google による情報の取得・利用については、以下をご確認ください。
欧州経済領域（EEA）および英国の利用者に対しては、Google の User Messaging Platform（UMP）を用いて、広告に関する同意を取得します。利用者は表示される同意フォームを通じて、データ利用への同意・拒否や設定の管理を行うことができます。
本アプリは、広告を非表示にする買い切り型のアプリ内購入を提供しています。決済は Google Play が処理し、当方がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得することはありません。購入状態は利用者の Google Play アカウントに紐づいて管理され、機種変更や再インストール後も復元できます。
本アプリの前日リマインド通知は、利用者が設定した内容に基づき端末内でスケジュールされ、端末上で表示されます。通知のために利用者の情報が外部へ送信されることはありません。通知は端末の設定からいつでも無効にできます。
当方は、利用者が本アプリ内に作成したデータ（試験の情報等）を収集・共有・販売することはありません。これらのデータは端末内に保存され、利用者の管理下にあります。広告に関する情報は、上記の Google が同社のポリシーに基づいて取り扱います。
本アプリで作成されるデータ（試験名、試験日、設定など）は、利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。利用者は、いつでも次のいずれかの方法でこれらのデータを削除できます。
保持期間：上記のデータは、利用者が上記の方法で削除するまで端末内に保持されます。自動的な保持期限はなく、当方のサーバーには保存されません。
広告に関する情報（広告ID等）は、Google が同社のポリシーに基づいて取り扱い・保持します。利用者は端末の設定から広告IDのリセットや、広告のオプトアウトを行うことができます。アプリ内購入の記録は Google Play アカウントに紐づいて管理されます。
データの削除に関するお問い合わせは、本ポリシー末尾の連絡先までご連絡ください。
本アプリは13歳未満の児童を対象としていません。本アプリは13歳以上の利用者を想定しており、13歳未満の児童から意図的に個人情報を取得することはありません。保護者の方がお子様の受験日程を管理する用途でご利用いただく場合も、データは保護者の方の端末内にのみ保存されます。
当方は、利用者の情報を適切に取り扱うよう努めます。ただし、データは主に利用者の端末内に保存されるため、端末自体の管理（画面ロックの設定等）は利用者ご自身でお願いいたします。
当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の内容は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

Kaika Labs ("we", "us", or "our") provides the application "Exam Day Countdown" (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with the App.
The data you create or enter in the App — such as exam names, exam dates, start times, icon/color preferences, and reminder settings — is, as a rule, stored only on your device. This data is not transmitted to or collected by our servers.
However, because the App displays advertisements, our advertising provider (Google AdMob) may collect information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, and usage data for the purpose of serving and optimizing ads.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, we obtain consent regarding advertising using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Through the displayed consent form, users may grant or decline consent and manage their preferences.
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase that removes advertisements. Payments are processed by Google Play, and we never receive your payment details such as credit card numbers. Your purchase is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored after reinstalling or changing devices.
Day-before reminder notifications are scheduled and displayed locally on your device based on your settings. No information is transmitted externally for notifications. You can disable notifications at any time from your device settings.
We do not collect, share, or sell the data you create within the App (such as exam information). This data is stored on your device and remains under your control. Advertising-related information is handled by Google in accordance with its own policies.
Data created in the App — such as exam names, dates, and settings — is stored only on your device. You can delete this data at any time using any of the following methods:
Retention period: the data above is retained on your device until you delete it using the methods above. There is no automatic retention period, and it is not stored on our servers.
Advertising-related information (such as advertising identifiers) is handled and retained by Google in accordance with its own policies. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads from your device settings. In-app purchase records are managed under your Google Play account.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. The App is intended for users aged 13 and older, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. When a parent or guardian uses the App to manage a child's exam schedule, that data is stored only on the parent's or guardian's device.
We endeavor to handle your information appropriately. However, since data is primarily stored on your device, please manage your own device security (such as setting a screen lock).
We may update this Privacy Policy as necessary. Any changes take effect when posted on this page.
